Let’s work together!

  • A woman sitting cross-legged on a tan couch in a room with large window behind her, smiling at the camera. She has long wavy brown hair, a nose piercing, and is wearing a colorful patterned shirt, brown pants, a watch, and bracelets.

    Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a private, one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and confidential setting. Sessions are about 50 minutes and often occur weekly, biweekly or monthly.

  • A woman holding a book titled 'Brainspotting: The Revolutionary New Therapy for Rapid and Effective Change' by David Grand, PhD, while sitting on a wooden stool with a plain, light-colored background.

    Brainspotting Therapy Intensives

Brainspotting intensives, typically 2 or 3 hours, are longer sessions which allow clients to get more therapy in at once. Breaks and somatic regulation incorporated as needed. An initial intake session must occur before an intensive session is scheduled.

  • A swamp forest with tall trees, cypress knees, and water with floating plants and grass.

    Walk and Talk Therapy

Therapy sessions can take place in the office or outdoors on a walk. Walk-and-talk therapy combines traditional counseling with the calming benefits of movement and nature.
