Therapy for teens and adults navigating nervous system overwhelm, anxiety, grief, LGBTQ+ experiences, OCD, and more.

A woman with long brown hair, sitting cross-legged on a brown leather couch, smiling and laughing. She is wearing a colorful short-sleeved shirt with a red collar and brown pants. Behind her is a window with colorful decorations outside, and to her right, a tall floor lamp with multiple round white bulbs and some green plants.

Hi, I’m Jen!

I am a Brainspotting-trained Licensed Professional Counselor with Appraisal Privileges (LPC-A), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS), and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-275) in Louisiana.

I work with teens (14+) and adults who are navigating nervous system overwhelm. My practice is non-judgmental, compassionate and collaborative in an effort to cultivate trust, safety, and respect.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me outdoors enjoying nature, listening to music, tending to my garden, petting a dog, or practicing mindful movement.

Land and Labor Acknowledgements

I acknowledge that my office is located on the ancestral lands of Indigenous peoples, specifically the Chahta Yakni (Choctaw). I also recognize that the culture, economic growth, and development of Baton Rouge and the state of Louisiana were built in large part on the labor of enslaved people, primarily of African descent, and their descendants, who endured continued harm through Jim Crow and ongoing systems of white supremacy that persist today.
