What is walk and talk therapy?

Not every therapy session needs to happen in an office. For many clients, walking outdoors creates space for reflection, grounding, and growth. This eco-somatic approach combines movement, fresh air, and the restorative qualities of nature. Bilateral movement—engaging both sides of the body—naturally supports nervous system regulation. Walking side by side can also feel less intimidating than sitting face-to-face, helping conversations flow more naturally.

Available for clients who have attended consistent appointments in an office setting to establish safety, rapport and eco-therapy goals.
